Our Purpose

It starts with…
Intention
Marketing can be confusing. We have found that the word has lost its meaning in some ways.
At its core, it’s about differentiating your business while meeting the needs of your customers or audience. How you communicate is part of your marketing process.
Communication is at the heart of what we do at OMM. It’s also how we interact as humans. No one wants to be sold to, yet your business needs to thrive and your purpose-driven business is making a change in people’s life.
Our intention: Educate your audience, tell them a story, have a relationship with your customers instead of “marketing to them.”
So, start with a clear intention — a strategic plan or what we call the Roadmap.
We see this like the spiral — a continuation of trying something out, looking at the results. Then, repeating it but each time with a new perspective.
For centuries the spiral has been known as the eternal sign of the Creative, dynamic growth, and metamorphosis. That inspires us at each stage of health communication.
Mission
We’re here to transform the way heart-centered businesses increase their impact with a unique combination of mindfulness and marketing.
Our less is more approach supports you in intentionally and effectively sharing your brand story to see results while fostering a new relationship with marketing and your community.
We’re honest, authentic, and we’re here to support you.
“Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail”

Meet Brenda
Hey! I’m Brenda — Conscious Communicator
My way into OMM involves a Business degree, a Masters of Public Health from Columbia University plus countless hours of studying and teaching yoga and meditation. Even still I wasn’t always thinking of running my own business.
My growth was steady, and over time with each new client I noticed the need to not only be strategic and thoughtful in my offerings but many solo-preneurs do not have the marketing skills I personally gained from working in health tech.
I use my experience in health startups, marketing agencies, and mindfulness to help purpose-driven businesses and solo-businesses create consistent, mindful, and authentic marketing communications.
When I’m not working on OMM, you can find me teaching, looking for a cute coffee shop, or daydreaming in the sunshine.
